For lent I am giving up TV. Crazy.
I've also decided not for lent but just for me I want to give up alcohol until I reach my goal weight, the only exception will be my birthday. I am trying to lose 40 pounds and Ive been working out like crazy. The only thing that has really been killing me is the smaller portions of food I've been eating. I enjoyed running to the scale on Monday to see my progress and hopefully this next Monday will be just as good. I am in kind of a mid week slump but still made myself workout.
